Working Genius Assessment
As part of the Helmwise Cohort™, participants are invited to complete the Working Genius Assessment, a tool developed by Patrick Lencioni to help leaders better understand how they work and where they create the most value.
This short assessment provides insight into the types of work that naturally energize you, as well as the areas that may lead to frustration over time. These insights help strengthen self-awareness, improve team alignment, and enhance how you lead and collaborate.
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and includes a detailed results report. You will receive an email invitation prior to the Cohort. While completing it in advance is encouraged, it is not required.
