The Helmwise AI Captain’s Cohort™ is created for a select group of executives and business leaders seeking deeper wisdom, meaningful relationships, and practical application as organizations enter the AI age. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries, operations, and decision-making, leaders are called to lead with discernment, grounded not in the next trend, but in principles that endure.
You will join a small, cross-disciplinary group of peers while engaging with leading thinkers, practitioners, and fellow Captains. Through guided sessions, executive roundtables, and collaborative discussions, you will explore how to apply AI with intention, strengthen decision-making, drive innovation, and lead your organization with greater clarity and confidence.

The Helmwise AI Cohort experience will be a 3-day event hosted at Helmwise’s Headquarters, in the heart of Raleigh, NC. Designed for intimate conversation, collaborative learning, and connection-rich leadership development, the cohort will bring together leaders from near and far as we dig in to what it means to be wise in the age of AI.
The Cohort kicks off Tuesday at 4:30 PM with a welcome cocktail reception, and continues through Thursday at 11:00 AM following the final session. All meals and snacks are included throughout, highlighted by a private dining experience Wednesday evening at Raleigh’s iconic Second Empire.
Participants will also receive Cohort-related resources, access to the Helmwise digital library, and ongoing participation in the community of Captains through topical Zoom gatherings with featured guests and peers.

Please Note: The Helmwise AI Captain’s Cohort is invitation-only. Please do not register unless you have received an invitation from the Helmwise Leadership Team. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy: Registrations are non-refundable once completed. If needed, a paid participant may transfer their registration to a future Helmwise Cohort, provided the request is submitted at least 14 calendar days prior to the Cohort start date. Requests received within 14 days of the start date will incur a $1,000 transfer fee to cover associated costs. Any remaining balance may be applied to a future Cohort. Helmwise reserves the right to modify this policy based on the circumstances of the request.
