Register by November 30, 2026, to secure the early bird registration fee of $6,000 and save $1,000. After the deadline, the standard registration fee will increase to $7,000.

Hosted at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, North Carolina, this cohort offers an elevated setting for focused leadership development and meaningful connection. Surrounded by wooded grounds and overlooking a private lake, The Umstead is known for its refined hospitality, art-filled interiors, acclaimed spa, and peaceful atmosphere just minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The Cohort will take place February 2–4, 2027. Additional schedule details, including start and end times, will be shared as the event approaches.
Participants also receive access to Helmwise exclusive Cohort-related resources, the Helmwise digital library, and ongoing participation in the Captains community through topical Zoom gatherings with featured guests and peers.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy: Registrations are non-refundable once completed. If needed, a paid participant may transfer their registration to a future Helmwise Cohort, provided the request is submitted at least 14 calendar days prior to the Cohort start date. Requests received within 14 days of the start date will incur a $1,000 transfer fee to cover associated costs. Any remaining balance may be applied to a future Cohort. Helmwise reserves the right to modify this policy based on the circumstances of the request.

This immersive, 3-day leadership experience is hosted at Helmwise’s headquarters in the heart of Raleigh, NC — a focused, collaborative, connection-rich setting for meaningful growth. Participation is $3,500 and includes the full Cohort experience plus all meals: a Tuesday evening cocktail hour and catered dinner, Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Second Empire, and Thursday breakfast. The Cohort opens Tuesday, December 8 at 4:30 PM with cocktail hour and concludes Thursday at 11:00 AM.
