Working Genius Assessment
As a complimentary value add to your Cohort Experience, we invite you to take The Six Types of Working Genius assessment (popularized by Patrick Lencioni in his book by the same name) to discover the types of work that naturally bring you joy and fulfillment and those that drain you over time.
The assessment will take approximately 10 minutes, and you will receive a detailed report of the results upon completion.
Be on the lookout for an email invitation to take your Working Genius assessment one week before your Helmwise Cohort.
If you have time to complete the assessment before your arrival, that is ideal, but it is not a requirement for attending Cohort. It is optional.
